Day 08 - Most overrated book

I was going to go with The Stranger by Albert Camus, but The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck is my true passionate hate book. So overrated. I can’t stand this book. It was depressing during the Dust Bowl and everyone went west and life was hard. I get it. You can say it as pretty as you want, but what that entire book boils down to is: Life was hard but they persevered as best they could. I didn’t need that many pages or that flowery of language to tell me this.
